And on a 2 and a half acre site would probably be the largest charitable hub in Cornwall.

Free Professional Dog services !
Indoor boot fair style market six days a week @ £10 per day per stall, which includes a gazebo and a table already set up for you !
Art & Craft fairs and events weekly
A 1 and a half acre Nature Park for various uses, such as growing of vegetables to be donated to local food banks, Horticultural, Ornithology, forest schooling, mental health, hire to local professional dog walkers, other uses considered on request.

Dog Garden for hire
Dog Arena for hire, for mud free exercising of your dog, or for other dog causes to use for organising their own shows, or local local dog trainers to hire
Venue for hire to any charitable or creative organisations for talks, workshops, educational, your own events, etc
Food and refreshments, we are looking for a suitable food van to set up in the large carpark, to the right candidate we are offering the 1st 2 months pitch for free !
This project will also be saving one of St Blazey’s most historically important sites
Please note, the shop and dog services will open on the 1st of April, with the market opening a few weeks after, and everything else in the months to come.
